Refund

Thank you for shopping at Cyberstrike. We are committed to providing quality products and services. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.


1. Returns

You have 14 days from the date you received your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must also be in the original packaging.

  • You must provide a valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable:

  • Downloadable software or digital products

  • Gift cards

  • Services once they have been rendered (unless otherwise specified)


3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original method of payment. Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.


4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your credit card company or payment provider (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted)

  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@cyberstrike-us.com


5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at contact@cyberstrike-us.com.


6. Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
